Throughout the game, you'll come head-to-head with your sibling - now calling themself "Deimos" - as you slowly pick apart the Cult's web of connections. This choice will make Deimos more hostile towards your hero in the future. Attacking Deimos - your character will push Deimos away and he may hit you after that.
